Dr. Derrick Briddell has over 28 years of related experience in sports, orthopedics, neurological, musculoskeletal, spine, geriatrics and pediatrics. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and serves as the Vice President of the American Academy of Physical Therapy (AAPT). Dr. Briddell earned his MS in Management and Healthcare Administration from the University of Maryland University College in 2001. He completed his Post-Professional Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland at Baltimore School of Medicine in 2005 and his BS in Physical Therapy at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 1994. Dr. Briddell believes in empowering patients and families to reach their treatment goal and maximum potential by partnering with them during their physical therapy journey. In his free time, Dr. Briddell enjoys spending time with his family, getting outside and cheering on the Carolina Panthers.
